- 13th Inter-Korean Ministerial Talks Close KCNA 07 Feb 2004 -- The 13th North-South Ministerial Talks which were opened in Seoul on February 3 closed Friday. At the talks both sides had an in-depth discussion of issues raised by them, prompted by the will to actively improve the inter-Korean relations through national cooperation in the basic spirit of the June 15 joint declaration and issued a joint press statement today.
