- U.S. urged to withdraw new war scenario KCNA 19 Jul 2003 -- A spokesman for the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of the Fatherland issued a statement on Friday in which he urged the U.S. Defense Department to immediately withdraw "Operation Plan 5030", a new war scenario it recently worked out for a war of aggression against the DPRK.
