- Roh, Bush Agree on Peaceful Solution of NK Nuke Korea-net 14 Mar 2003 -- President Roh Moo-hyun held telephone talks with U.S. President George W. Bush Thursday (March 13) night on North Korea and Iraq, Cheong Wa Dae said.
- NORTH KOREAN PROVOCATION SHORT #1 VOA 14 Mar 2003 -- North Korea is trying to ratchet up tensions with a string of provocative acts. The Communist regime test-fired two missiles into the sea of Japan. North Korean fighter jets menaced a United States reconnaissance plane that was flying in international airspace.
