- Sahand 2025 Joint Drills: Iran, Belarus, Uzbekistan kick off tactical counterterrorism operations IRNA 03 Dec 2025 -- Iran, Belarus, and Uzbekistan have begun coordinated tactical counterterrorism operations as part of the Sahand 2025 joint drills taking place in northwestern Iran, the commander of the operations has said.
- At the NATO Foreign Ministers' meeting, Budrys raised questions about the response to the Belarusian hybrid attacks Lithuania MFA 03 Dec 2025 -- On 3 December, on the margins of the meeting of NATO Ministers of Foreign Affairs in Brussels, Kęstutis Budrys presented the situation regarding Belarusian hybrid attacks against Lithuania to the United States Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Landau and United States Permanent Representative to NATO Matthew Whitaker.
- Budrys had a telephone conversation with Kallas Lithuania MFA 01 Dec 2025 -- On 1 December, Kęstutis Budrys, Minister of Foreign Affairs, had a telephone conversation with Kaja Kallas, European Commission Vice-President and EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy. Budrys and Kallas discussed the Belarusian hybrid attack against Lithuania and the necessary EU response measures to stop it.
