(U) Small commercial telescopes using commercially available cameras can be used to off-load tracking large, routine space objects from GEODSS.

Description (U):
(U) Space Battle Lab initiative to cheaply detect and track routine objects and better use the GEODSS telescopes. Large data through put and commercially procured hardware are key to this program. Project combines the hardware and software expertise of MIT/LL with the commercial exploitation expertise of AFRL.
User Impact (U):
(U) Off-loading routine objects from GEODSS will improve the overall system timeliness and free up GEODSS to do more non-imaging Space Object Identification.
