Description (U):
(U) NAVY TENCAP is debuting a new TENCAP outreach program designed to expand fleet awareness of TENCAP activities at lower echelons and to solicit inputs and feedback to aid in validating or developing new projects. The first GENSER SECRET TENCAP conference/seminar was held for Fleet representatives in FY97. Lessons learned from this will be applied to future conferences, tentatively planned to be held on both coasts. TENCAP training is also provided to deploying battle groups by NAVSPACECOM's Naval Space Support Teams during the workup cycle.
