Vytegrales Class Cargo Ships
Haze Gray said in March 2002 that two Vytegrales class cargo ships "were transferred in 1996 but had not been put into service; they were laid up and probably deteriorating." Russian-Ships.info says "Rescue and salvage ship Tchernivtsy U702 (till 02.1996 Baskunchak) decommissioned 11.06.1999, command ship Ivano-Frankovsk U704 (till 7.02.1996 Taman`) decommissioned 11.06.1999"
