Sevastopol Krivak II Class Frigate

The Sevastopol was a Soviet-built frigate; originally intended for transfer in 1996 but not transferred until 1997. During the Georgian-Abkhazian conflict, October 11, 1992 , the "Razìtêl'nij" with a group of ships of the BLACK SEA FLEET arrived to the coast of Abkhazia, where they were to negotiate the leaders of Russia, Georgia and Abkhazia in Sukhumi on 14 October (the negotiations never took place). It later took part in the operation to evacuate the population of Black Sea fleet ships from Poti.

On 14 July 1997, according to the Ukrainian-Russian agreement on the parameters of the distribution of the Black Sea fleet began the process of transferring the ship of the NAVY of Ukraine. In the composition of Ukraine's Navy ship entered 1 September 1997, where it received the name "Sebastopol" and onboard number U132.

Due to the lack of funds for repairs and restoration of technical readiness of the ship in the NAVY as a combat unit was not used. On 30 November 2004, by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers it was stricken from the Navy. Disarmed frigate in 2005 was sold out of the NAVY of Turkey as a target for shooting practice. Towed into Istanbul on 06 July 2006.
