• DESTROYER NANYANG DECOMMISSIONED (CNA-Taiwan) 16 January 2000 -- The destroyer Nanyang was decommissioned on Sunday at the southern Taiwan port of Kaohsiung after having served 25 years in the Republic of China Navy.
• TWO ROC WARSHIPS DECOMMISSIONED Central News Agency [Taiwan] 13 August 1999 -- Two Republic of China warships were decommissioned on Monday after almost 30 years of service, bringing to 10 the total number of naval vessels decommissioned by the ROC.
