Ilan

Ilan is a former Japanese military airbase daring back from World War II.
In addition to unfavourable weather consisting of too much rainfall, the site was deemed too small for military purposes.
Ilan currently serves as a military training base. The location also serves as a holding area, reform school and jail for ROC military personnel found guility of criminal misconducts under the ROC military justice system.
The shape and status of the runway at Ilan is uncertain.
