Project PS-500 Guard-Ship
The PS-500 Project was developed for the Vietnamese Navy. They are designed for search and destruction of submarines, protection of ships, vessels and communication lines against hostile surface ships and submarines, escort and fire support of landing troops, frontier guard and patrol duties on protection of territorial waters and exclusive economic zone.
