Notes
- The Philippine Air Force's F-5 fleet was grounded in 2002 and finally retired in October 2005. The number in the IISS Military Balance for the 2005-2006 period likely indicates total airframes on hand. The F-5 airframes were subsequently sold and/or had weapons and other equipment stripped.
- Number indicated total airframes on hand. The IISS Military Balance noted that as of 2004-2005 there were another 6 C-130B airframes and one L-100-20 airframe in storage. The SIPRI Trade Register for the Philippines reported only a total of 11 C-130/L-100 types delivered by 2001. As of 2006, it was reliably reported that only 1 remained active. IISS Military Balance also claimed 4 C-130K in service as of 2005-2006, but highly reliable sources report that as of 2009 only a single C-130 [variant unspecified] was in service. The SIPRI Trade Register indicates the delivery by a US company of another C-130H, originally of the Tunisian Air Force, to the Philippines after refurbishment in Malaysia. It is also unlikely that any C-130K aircraft, the US designation for a variant supplied to the UK, were supplied to the Philippines.
- These aircraft have a secondary ground attack capability.
- Numbers indicates or may indicate total airframes on hand.
- S-76 types were also in service in other roles, but are included in this common total.
- The BO-105C aircraft were transfered to the Philippine Navy between 2000 and 2002.
