1 - Only 3 of Lebanon's Hawker Hunter types were serviceable by 2000. By 2005, the remaining airframes, including 3 unserviceable aircraft, had been placed in storage. After the the 105-day armed conflict from May to September 2007 in the Nahr el-Bared refugee camp, the need for combat aircraft was recognized. The decade long retired Hawker Hunter jets were put into maintenance to serve as an immediate solution, with 3 FGA.70 and 1 T.66C made airworthy by late 2008.
2 - Training aircraft were put in storage after 1995. By late 2008, the Model 126 Bulldogs had been overhauled and returned to service.
3 - In 2007, Lebanon received 8 SA-342 helicopters from the UAE. At the same time, another 5 airframes that had been put storage were said to be capable of being refurbished.
4 - Operated by the Lebanese Air Force, but used for fire fighting purposes.
5 - In 2010, Lebanon received 10 SA-300 helicopters from the UAE. At the same time, another 5 airframes that had been put storage were said to be capable of being refurbished.
6 - By 2000, all were said to be unserviceable airframes in storage. As of 2013, 6 were said to be capable of being refurbished.
7 - By 2000, all remaining Alouette II and III airframes were said to be in storage. By 2013, 3 of the SA-316s and the SA-318 were said to be capable of being refurbished.
8 - By 2010, 11 unserviceable airframes said to be in storage.
