LCU 1-go Class

The LCU (Landing Craft Utility) 1-go class is a compact version of the LSU Yura class. Its mission is similar to the Yura class, except the LCU 1-go class is deployed to the regional districts. The prior LCUs were loaned by the United States, so this is the first LCU built by Japan.
