Galilee Division
In August 2004, Brigadier General Yair Golan commanded the Israeli Army's Galilee division. Golan received a reprimand during that month for allowing two soldiers on the roof of a building while a high terrorism alert was in place. The two soldiers were killed by Hizbullah gunmen and an investigation resulted in Golan's reprimand.
