The 18th Infantry Division's 422nd Infantry Brigade was reportedly deployed at "Al Kahlaa - Immarah." The word "Immarah" is a cognate for "emirate" ( singular = imarah, plural = imarat, literally = leadership, authority), though the use of this term in this context is obscure.
