The company specialise in building craft for military, law enforcement, SAR, commercial, and high performance applications. Production incorporates the latest high-tech composite construction techniques, such as dual surface vacuum core resin infusion. Utilizing high grade materials from the world’s leading suppliers, including vinylester resins, multi-axial reinforcements, carbon fibre, E Glass, Kevlar, and closed cell PVC core.

Vessel models can be configured to perform multi-role tasks, in a broad range of operational environments. And are powered by inboard diesel, transom drives and waterjets, or by OBM. These designs include stepped-hulls for greater speed, stability and fuel efficiency, Deep Vee, and highly efficient shallow draft, semi-displacement patrol craft. Capable of producing monohull or multihull craft up to 80 m, ongoing development program and work with leading designers, allows the company to offer leading edge and customisable solutions to meet specific client requirements.

Facilities include a 5000 m² indoor composite production. Total Production area 38000 m². Main assembly building is 80 x 20 x 18 m. Capacity up to 80m or 500 ton vessel. Production includes a Trimaran 63m Patrol Boat, X2K, RIB’s and Catamarans made from High-tech sandwich infusion composite construction. 20 x 6m Double side vacuum infussion table 2 x CNC Routers for composite and core. Over 350 Employees who have overseas training & qualifications in composite & fiberglass boatbuilding (including 6 overseas experts).

The 11.30 meter X2K RIB Interceptor, is an advanced high-speed craft, extremely well suited for fast response interdiction, surveillance, patrol, law enforcement, counter-piracy efforts, search and rescue, or medical evacuations. This exclusive design was developed in Sweden, and is based on a double step ventilated racing hull. It has longitudinal underwater steps to reduce friction, and offers excellent sea-keeping, efficiency, speed and safety in all conditions.

With weather protection for extended day patrols, it is fitted with restraining style seating for 2 operators and 2 passengers. Forward of the console is a large open deck space for containing arrestee’s, troop or cargo transfer, carrying SAR liferafts, or fitted with fixed or removable seating. Optional Shock mitigating seats are also available, to decrease the risk crew injuries at high speeds. There is a gun-mount forward, which can be supplied with adaptors to suit a range of weapons. It is also supplied with a roll-up, or fold-down swim ladder for divers.

The Combat Cat is a stepped-hull high-speed power catamaran design that offers sea-keeping, speed and safety in all operating conditions. It can be configured for military, law enforcement, diving and Search and Rescue (SAR) use, and is ideally suited for rapid response interception, amphibious deployment of commandos, counter-piracy, medical evacuations or regular patrol work. For less cost and risk than other high value patrol or combat assets, it can provide striking power against critical targets, as well as protect inshore and off-shore resources and assets. It can also be equipped with enhanced features for special warfare operations. A catamaran has distinct advantages over mono-hull craft, as the low draft allows them to operate in shallow water and river estuaries, and conduct beach landings. Its wide beam reduces rolling, and produces a stable level ride, that makes it easier to come alongside other vessels, and creates a superior arms platform with improved weapons accuracy.
