Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) - East Fleet
This fleet includes the following facilities:
(1) King Abdul Aziz Naval Base in Jubail - It opened on 16 November 1401, approved November 22, 1980 m, which is one of the first elements of the development project.
(A) major facilities at the King Abdul Aziz Naval Base - This includes main buildings, such as the al-Qaeda leadership building, and the airport base, and the Centre for Marine Supply, and centralized operation and maintenance, and school children, and mosques, residential facilities, markets, parks and others, in addition to recreational facilities. There is also a large hospital at the base, includes most medical specialties.
(B) the seaport at the base - It includes sidewalks full Bhaddamtha, fuel, water, electric power warships, and ship repair facilities. It is important levers concurrent facilities, flying Navy ships to land for maintenance and repairs. It also has a sea port, many of the multi-purpose repair workshops.
(C) public facilities at the base include many buildings and key installations and support, and public utilities, which has a housing officers and non-commissioned officers, and school children, boys and girls, and military markets, and many mosques, the largest mosque, the Great Mosque, and various recreational facilities. (6) the head of the port Mhaab - Established head Mhaab port by the military works, in 1397 H, corresponding to 1977, with the help of the US Corps of Engineers, under contract with an international company.
