Young Pioneers of China
On the journey of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, the Communist Party of China is the vanguard, the Communist Youth League is the commando team, and the Young Pioneers [shào xian duì yuán] are the reserve team. Joining the team, joining the league, and joining the party are the "trilogy of life" for young people to pursue political progress.
All Chinese students aged 6 to 14 who are willing to join the Young Pioneers and abide by the team constitution can apply to the Young Pioneers organization of their school and become Young Pioneers upon approval. Players must do a good deed for the people before joining the team. There will be an induction ceremony. Players who reach the age of 14 should leave the team, and the Young Pioneers Brigade of their school will hold a leaving ceremony.
Young Pioneers are required to wear a red scarf during school as an identification mark. According to the interpretation of the team constitution, the red scarf represents the corner of the red flag, which is dyed with the blood of the revolutionary martyrs, and every team member should wear it and love it.
After joining the Chinese Young Pioneers, he will participate in many activities, including holding team meetings, organizing visits, visits, camping, travel, storytelling, cultural science, entertainment games, military sports and other activities, as well as participating in "public welfare labor and social practice".
On June 1, 2023, the National Youth Work Committee released a statistical briefing on the Chinese Young Pioneers. As of December 31, 2022, there were 114.671 million Young Pioneers nationwide. There are a total of 261,000 grassroots working committees across the country. Among them, there are 200,000 small working committees in primary and middle schools, and 61,000 small working committees outside schools such as urban and rural communities and youth palaces.

During the Cultural Revolution, the work of the Young Pioneers came to a standstill, and the " Red Little Soldier " organization gradually emerged to replace it. However, due to the implementation of the evaluation criteria, most of the Young Pioneers did not join the Red Soldiers during the Cultural Revolution. In October 1978, the Tenth Congress of the Communist Youth League announced the decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to restore the name of the Chinese Young Pioneers to the Children's Organization.

Members are the masters of the Young Pioneers organization.
