Transport Aircraft: Safety and Network

As the major designer and supplier of new regional aircraft ARJ21, AVIC creates the history by designing and manufacturing civil aircraft in accordance with international practices and regulations for the first time in China. Conventional transport such as Y-7, Y-8 keep developing new market.
Aviation Engine
AVIC has built complete independent R&D system for aero engines. It designs and manufactures turboprop, turbojet, turbofan and turbo-shaft engines of large, medium and small thrust ratios. Gas turbines developed from aero engines take the lead in China, and provides power equipment to marine and power generation.
Helicopter
AVIC has established capacities of R&D, marketing and customer service for helicopters. The integrated system for helicopter R&D, manufacturing / test / marketing, and after-sales service is coming into shape. AVIC Capital Co Ltd
State-owned AVIC Capital Co Ltd said 30 July 2015 that Yang Shengjun, its general manager, had been removed from his post after securities regulators investigated its subsidiaries over share sales. The company also posted a statement on its official website saying that it will do internal checks over the sales. The parent company of AVIC Capital had vowed earlier to repurchase shares and said it would not sell its holdings amid market fluctuations.
