Offshore Bulk Fuel System [OBFS]
The Offshore Bulk Fuel System [OBFS] is used for transferring fuel from points offshore to reception facilities on the beach. It consists of two subsystems: amphibious bulk liquid transfer system and the offshore petroleum discharge system.
