- POWELL / MIDEAST VOA 15 May 2004 -- Secretary of State Colin Powell is calling for greater cooperation toward a common approach to Iraq and toward the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Mr. Powell was speaking at the World Economic Forum in Jordan.
