- BUSH BUDGET VOA 29 Aug 2001 -- President Bush wants more money for defense despite figures that show he may have to borrow from government retirement accounts to balance this year's budget. - Northrop Grumman Scores Bullseye in Successful AMSTE Test Northrop Grumman 29 Aug 2001 -- A Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) team successfully engaged a moving vehicle yesterday with a low-cost, precision weapon as part of a contract to develop an Affordable Moving Surface Target Engagement (AMSTE) capability for the Department of Defense. The test took place at the Eglin AFB test range.
