  • Boeing JSF X-32A Completes Low-Speed Carrier Variant Tests Boeing 04 Dec 2000 -- Flying as many as five flights a day in the last week, the Boeing Joint Strike Fighter X-32A concept demonstrator aircraft has successfully completed low-speed approach aircraft carrier variant (CV) tests - one of the government's three main program objectives.
  • U.S. Navy Awards Lockheed Martin Undersea Warfare Systems Contracts Valued at $61 Million Lockheed Martin 04 Dec 2000 -- Lockheed Martin announced that the U.S. Navy has awarded contracts, worth a total of $61 million, for additional AN/SQQ-89(V)15 undersea warfare systems and related services. Lockheed Martin Naval Electronics and Surveillance Systems (NE&SS)-Undersea Systems in Syracuse will manage the contracts, which are part of a multi-version AN/SQQ-89(V) production and engineering program at the facility.
  • CACI Awarded Intelligence and Information Warfare Contract by U.S Army Communications-Electronics Command CACI 04 Dec 2000 -- CACI International Inc (NASDAQ:CACI) announced today that it has been awarded an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to provide Technical, Engineering, Fabrication, and Operations Support (TEFOS) to the U.S. Army's Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate (I2WD).
