- ATK Awarded $5.8 Million Contract for Production of Infrared Decoy Flares ATK 29 Aug 2000 -- ATK (Alliant Techsystems, NYSE: ATK) said it has been awarded a contract valued at $5.8 million from the U.S. Naval Inventory Control Point -- Mechanicsburg, Pa., to produce MJU-38 infrared decoy flares for use by Navy tactical aircraft. ATK Kilgore Flares Company, Toone, Tenn., will manufacture the flares.
