- Boeing Sikorsky Comanche Team To Relocate Boeing 31 Mar 2000 -- The Boeing Sikorsky RAH-66 Comanche Joint Program Office will relocate from Philadelphia, Pa., to Huntsville, Ala., and be open for business by July 1, 2000.
