They are reinforcing their groups with the fighters, who had escaped from the flat parts of Chechnya, and 14-16-year-old residents of mountain villages. Mobile bandit groups, consisting mostly of the Daghestani Wahhabis and mercenaries, are concentrating in the vicinity of Khatun, Kirov-Yurt, Makhketa and Agishta. What you call "vacuum" bombs the military call "air-fuel explosives." I may be mistaken but my impression is that such bombs have not been used up to now. I will specify this matter additionally. If I am mistaken, I will correct my mistake.
