Marine Corps Security Cooperation Group (MCSCG)
The mission of the Marine Corps Security Cooperation Group is to execute and enable security cooperation programs, training, planning, and activities in order to ensure unity of effort in support of US Marine Corps and regional marine component command objectives and in coordination with operating forces and Marine Air-Ground Task Forces (MAGTF). The Group conducts security cooperation coordination, training for security cooperation forces, sourcing of security cooperation forces, security cooperation planning support for regional marine component commands, education for security cooperation personnel, and management of international programs for training and education.
The Marine Corps Security Cooperation Group, based at Little Creek, Virignia, was activated on 1 October 2012.
