615th Air Mobility Operations Squadron [615th AMOS]
The 615th Air Mobility Operations Squadron provides support of National Command Authority directed contingency operations, humanitarian crises, and joint/unified exercises.
The mission of the 615th AMOS is to implement AMC's Global Reach Laydown strategy and to deploy skilled teams and/or individuals to manage AMC resources in support of National Command Authority directed contingency operations, humanitarian efforts, and unilateral, joint, and combined exercises. The 615th AMOS is also tasked with coordinating communications, airlift, and aerial refueling activities for AMC Tanker Airlift Control Center (TACC) ensuring a seamless mobility system.
