54th Airlift Flight [54th ALF]
The 54th Airlift Flight is a unit of the 457th Airlift Squadron based at Andrews AFB, MD, with which it was consolidated in April 1997. The 54th ALF is located at Maxwell AFB, AL. The flight provides operational support of Air University organizations, flying C-21 aircraft.
The flight is tasked with providing air transportation to bring distinguished visitors from throughout the U.S., Canada and Central America to lecture at Air University's schools.
