53rd Computer Systems Squadron [53rd CSS]
The 53rd Computer Systems Squadron is tasked with providing communication and information systems for 53d Wing development, test, and sustainment operations at 17 geographically separated locations.
The unit enhances Combat Air Forces warfighting capability by operating, protecting, and maintaining computer systems critical to development and dissemination of electronic warfare software.
It also develops, tests, and integrates vital wing command and control systems.
