556th Military Intelligence Company
The 856th Engineer Company is a direct subordinate element of the 56th Brigade (SBCT). The 556 Military Intelligence Company provides continuous intelligence support to the 56th Stryker Brigade Combat Team by monitoring, evaluating, and analyzing multi-discipline intelligence operations to include: Signals Intelligence, Imagery Intelligence, Human Intelligence and Counterintelligence.
The 556th Military Intelligence Company, headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, is a unit that became part of the 56th SBCT when they were activated on October 24th, 2004 at Indiantown Gap, Annville, PA.
