338th Medical Group
The 338th Medical Group Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment is a Command and Control element for Theater Level Medical Support. It is located South East of Philadelphia at the Reese Center on West 24th Street in Upland, PA [Chester, PA]. Some sources suggest that this unit is a Medical Brigade (Corps).
