27th Brigade Special Troops Battalion
As part of the 27th Infantry Brigade's conversion to an Infantry Brigade Combat Team, a Brigade Special Troops Battalion was formed. As part of the Modular Brigade structure, Special Troops Battalions include at least a signals company. Other additional specialist companies can also be added to a Special Troops Battalion. The 27th BSTB had three companies (A-C), which included an Engineering Company, Military Intelligence Company, and Signals Company respectively.
