2nd Battalion - 157th Field Artillery
Colorado Springs is the home of the HQ/HQ Battery of the 2nd Battalion of the 157th Field Artillery, as well as Bravo Battery. Alpha, Charlie and Service Battery of 2nd Bn are located in the southern Colorado towns of La Junta, Pueblo and Canon City.
The Battalion has medical, maintenance, logistics and personnel sections to ensure the battalion is self-sustaining in a field/combat environment. Each Firing Battery has six guns, and various support sections for ammunition, maintenance, etc.
