2-11th Infantry
The 2nd Battalion, 11th Infantry Regiment, has as its mission, the production of the world's best combat Infantry platoon leaders. More than 75 percent of all training received by new lieutenants attending the Infantry Officer Basic Course is conducted by the 2nd Battalion platoon trainers.
