167th Brigade Support Battalion
In 2006, the 167th Brigade Support Battalion was inactivated and its personnel reflagged as the 725th Brigade Support Battalion. This unit became the organic support battalion for the 4th Airborne Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division.
On 16 July 2005 the 4th Airborne Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division was activated. As a modular brigade combat team, it consisted of two infantry battalions, cavalry squadron, an artillery battalion, and a brigade support battalion, along with its special troops battalion. As an airborne brigade combat team, all units were airborne qualified. The Brigade's support battalion was initially the 167th Brigade Support Battalion. In 2006, the unit was inactivated and its personnel reflagged as the 725th Brigade Support Battalion.
