The 1-112th Aviation Battalion (LUH - Light Utility Helicopter) is divided between the North Dakota and Montana Army National Guard.

The diverse mission of companies B and C in Montana are both designed to include troop transport, external load transport (sling loads), and casualty evacuation (CASEVAC).
