Sean O'Connor reported in 2009 that "One final location has been identified that may potentially house DF-3A related facilities. This location is only visible in low resolution imagery but does share two of the identifiable characteristics of Al Sulayyil and Al Joffer: it is contained within significant terrain, and it is isolated from major population centers. This facility is also located much closer to Israel, a potential target for the Saudi DF-3A force."
Subsequent higher resolution imagery discloses a rather enigmatic facility, surrounded by magnificent desolation. It consists of the usual smattering of generic buildings connected by a nice road, without functionally related observable differences that would suggest whether it was associated with the Saudi missile program. A Scottish verdict - not proven. In 2014 Jeffrey Lewis included this location, to which he provided a name, in his list of Saudi missile bases, but did not elaborate on the facility's particulars.
