Kremniypolimer
The Kremniypolimer plant in Zaporozhye was built under the "Foliant" program for chemical weapons production authorized by a 8 June 1973 decree of the CPSU Central Committee and the USSR Council of Ministers. An associated storage facility was built nearby.
