This facility is headquarters for one of the six Divisions of the Second Artillery Corps. Headquartered in the remote western Hunan provincial city of Huaihua, the 80305 Unit is the second command equipped with ICBMs. Its two subordinate brigades are located south of Huaihua, near the town of Tongdao.
