A small unidentified 20 acre site with a separate security wall, is located outside the facility perimeter. A double-walled building (outlined in red) was under construction in July of 2000 and was identified as being a possible hot bay. The site has no announced function, but might have been intended to be a full scale plutonium reprocessing plant. |
