(2)Programmatic enhancements are those known changes to existing operations that can be described with sufficient specificity to identify potential environment impacts, as well as general growth to existing programs. It is recognized that certain programs described in Section 2 may grow while others may decline over the next 5 to 10 years, but the mix as described herein will generally remain representative of the Laboratories' operations.
