U.S.-Russian Summit Dates
The U.S.-Russian Summit in Helsinki, Finland, will begin with an informal dinner at the Presidential Palace on March 19, hosted by President Ahtisaari in honor of President Yeltsin and President Clinton. The summit will continue with meetings between the two presidents on March 20. President Clinton will depart for Copenhagen on the evening of March 20.
