"This is a powerful signal of Europe's determination to strengthen Ukraine's defense and resilience in the face of russia's intensified missile terror and destabilization attempts," said Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko.
The Head of Government thanked the President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen and European Commissioner Valdis Dombrovskis 'for leadership and unwavering committment to Ukraine'.
"These funds mean lives protected, cities rebuilt, and Ukraine's European future secured," emphasized Yulia Svyrydenko.
