Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "During our call, I informed Kaja Kallas about the consequences of Russian attacks and Ukraine's priority needs for our people, to strengthen energy resilience ahead of winter and enhance air defenses to protect critical infrastructure. We also discussed the work to prepare the 19th EU sanctions package and agreed that a strong transatlantic pressure is required to force Moscow to end its terror and advance peace efforts. I sincerely thanked Kaja and the European Union for supporting Ukraine not only in strong words, but also in strong deeds."
