Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "I had a meaningful conversation with my Azerbaijani colleague Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov. I informed him about the ongoing diplomatic activities on the path toward a lasting peace for Ukraine and our joint efforts on this path together with the US and other allies. We are working actively to restore security and stability in Europe through our collective strength. I congratulated my colleague on the signing of the Joint Declaration with Armenia and the progress made in establishing the long-awaited peace in the South Caucasus. We noted positive dynamics in our bilateral dialogue, including telephone conversations between our Presidents, my visit to Azerbaijan, Joint Intergovernmental Commission meeting and the signing of the agreement on the purchase of natural gas from Azerbaijan. I stressed that Russian strikes on civilian facilities in Ukraine related to the Azerbaijani energy company SOCAR and on the Orlivka gas metering station were intentional and unacceptable. I expressed special gratitude for the decision of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to provide additional humanitarian assistance to Ukraine. We also discussed further contacts at the highest level and our bilateral dialogue".
