Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha: "During our call, I thanked Xavier Bettel for Luxembourg's solidarity with Ukraine at a time when we are working to restore peace for our country and all of Europe. Grateful for his unwavering position that there can be no decisions about Ukraine without Ukraine. We focused on ways to enhance Ukraine's resilience amid Russia's continued brutal war. I stressed the need to fully use Russia's immobilized assets and make Moscow pay for the damage it has caused in Ukraine. We also discussed Ukraine's further EU integration as a top priority for our country and people."
