The Security Service of Ukraine has uncovered new facts of leakage of classified information from the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU).
During investigative measures at home of the MP from the banned OPZZh party, Fedir Khrystenko, who is suspected of collaborating with the russian FSB and was notified of high treason, the SSU has found NABU materials containing official and classified information. His close relatives now live in the said house.
In particular, the SSU has seized documents of covert surveillance of the persons involved in criminal proceedings investigated by the NABU, as well as dozens of application forms of candidates for NABU detectives.
Moreover, the profiles contained data on Ruslan Mahamedrasulov, the head of the Bureau's Interregional Detective Department, who, according to the investigation, has contacts with representatives of the aggressor country and helps his father, an entrepreneur, conduct illegal trade with russia. There was also a profile of former NABU detective Tymur Arshavin, who fled Ukraine outside official checkpoints in 2024 and has not returned since.
To remind, yesterday MP Khrystenko, who left the territory of Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, was served in absentia with a notice of suspicion under Articles 28.2, 111.1, 111.2 (high treason committed by prior conspiracy by a group of persons under martial law) and 369-2.2 (abuse of influence) of the CCU.
According to the investigation, the FSB recruited him during the presidency of Yanukovych. Khrystenko was a liaison of collaborator Armen Sarkisian (aka Armen Horlivskyi), who died in the Moscow bombing, and has close contacts with FSB resident "watching" for the so-called DNR Yurii Ivaniushchenko (aka Yura Yenakiievskyi).
Fedir Khrystenko has close relations with the NABU senior officials, including Ruslan Mahamedrasulov, the head of the Bureau's Interregional Detective Department, who was detained by the SSU yesterday on suspicion of doing business with russia and contacts with ruscists.
In addition, Khrystenko contacts the head of the NABU detective unit, Oleksandr Skomarov. According to investigators, NABU detectives subordinate to Skomarov facilitated the escape abroad of Ihor Kolomoisky's business partner, Hennadii Boholiubov. It has been established that this "special operation" was also organized and led by Fedir Khrystenko.
The SSU is taking comprehensive measures to establish all the circumstances of possible infiltration of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau by russian intelligence services.
The investigation was carried out under the procedural supervision of the Prosecutor General's Office.
