Another successful special operation by SSU: enemy Pantsir-S1 missile system and three helicopters destroyed
Security Service of Ukraine
15:05, 28 June 2025
The Security Service of Ukraine has dealt another painful blow to the occupiers. This time, on the night of June 28, SSU drones attacked the Kirovskoye military airfield in the temporarily occupied Crimea.
The strike was directed at the locations of aviation component, air defense systems, ammunition depots, as well as enemy reconnaissance and strike UAVs.
The available data indicate the destruction of Mi-8, Mi-26 and Mi-28 multi-purpose and strike helicopters, as well as a self-propelled anti-aircraft missile and artillery system Pantsir-S1.
During the night, secondary detonations occurred at the enemy airfield.
The Security Service of Ukraine is systematically working to reduce russia's ability to carry out air and bomb strikes on Ukraine. The occupiers should know that their expensive military equipment and ammunition are not protected anywhere: neither on the front line, nor in the temporarily occupied territories, nor in the deep rear.
